This is an old song that was supposed to go on my album The Bee Tree, and then on Seeds, Shells, and Stones, and then on Wild Birds. I’m not sure what it is about the song because it’s one of my favourites, but I’m never happy enough with a recording for it to go on an album. It’s one of those songs that’s really special to me, so I’ve always wanted it to be just right.
